Just contact us by e-mail and we will issue you with a returns number. Please ensure the original packaging is in-tact and that the item is protected before posting.

As our jewellery is made to exacting standards and checked before shipping, it is extremely unlikely that you will encounter any problems. However, if a piece of bronwen newport jewellery breaks due to a manufacturing fault within 30 days of receipt, please return it for a full refund or an exchange.
